Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Cloudslightings. To track your order, contact Cloudslightings (support@cloudslightings.com) so we can provide you the order’s tracking number.

  1. Order Processing
    All orders placed through our website are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 7–12 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Please note that made-to-order or customized lighting products may require additional production time. In such cases, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated timeline.

  1. Shipping Timeframes
    Total delivery time consists of both order processing time and shipping transit time. Below are estimated transit times based on the shipping method used:

  1. Tracking Your Order
    Tracking information is generally activated within 24 hoursafter shipment. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, it may take up to 72 hoursfor tracking details to become available.

If you are unable to access your tracking status after 72 hours, please contact Cloudslightings Customer Support. We will look into the issue and respond within 48 hours.

  1. Shipping Delays
    While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier-related issues, customs inspections, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your shipment is delayed, please contact us at support@cloudslightings.com. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process. Please note that Cloudslighting is not liable for delays caused by carriers, but we will do our best to assist in reaching a prompt resolution.

  1. Special Notes

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Some remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes based on their location.

  1. Shipping Methods & Charges
    We offer a variety of shipping options to meet different needs. Below are the available methods and related charges:

Air Freight (with Final Mile Delivery by FedEx / UPS)

Ideal for medium to large items

Includes customs clearance support

Tracking updates begin once the shipment clears customs

We cover all shipping costs and import duties

Express Shipping (DHL / UPS / FedEx)

Fastest available option with full end-to-end tracking

Suitable for most standard orders

Customers are responsible for express shipping fees and any applicable import taxes, VAT, or duties

Ocean Freight (with Final Mile Trucking)

Recommended for large, heavy, fragile, or oversized items (e.g., packages exceeding 39 inches)

Tracking updates may be limited during ocean transit and will resume after customs clearance

We cover all shipping costs and import duties

Note: If you require white glove delivery service (inside delivery, installation, etc.), please contact us in advance. Additional fees will apply.

  1. Taxes & Import Duties

For Air Freight and Ocean Freight, all shipping costs and import duties are included. There are no additional charges at delivery.

For Express Shipping, customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees based on their region’s regulations.

  1. Damaged Items & Breakage
    While we ensure that all items are carefully packaged to prevent damage, occasionally issues may occur during transit.

If your product arrives damaged or with broken parts:

Please contact us immediately at support@cloudslightings.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product/packaging.

Upon verification, we will provide free replacement parts or offer a solution promptly.
