Please note that made-to-order or customized lighting products may require additional production time. In such cases, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated timeline.

If you are unable to access your tracking status after 72 hours, please contact Cloudslightings Customer Support. We will look into the issue and respond within 48 hours.
If your shipment is delayed, please contact us at support@cloudslightings.com. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process. Please note that Cloudslighting is not liable for delays caused by carriers, but we will do our best to assist in reaching a prompt resolution.

Ocean Freight (with Final Mile Trucking)
Recommended for large, heavy, fragile, or oversized items (e.g., packages exceeding 39 inches)
Tracking updates may be limited during ocean transit and will resume after customs clearance
We cover all shipping costs and import duties
Note: If you require white glove delivery service (inside delivery, installation, etc.), please contact us in advance. Additional fees will apply.
For Air Freight and Ocean Freight, all shipping costs and import duties are included. There are no additional charges at delivery.
For Express Shipping, customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees based on their region’s regulations.
If your product arrives damaged or with broken parts:
Please contact us immediately at support@cloudslightings.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product/packaging.
Upon verification, we will provide free replacement parts or offer a solution promptly.
